Pop-up | Yoga Pilates Fusion Class

Join Wendy for a Yoga/Pilate Fusion class! It's a 60-minute full body weightbearing workout that works every fascia in the body to get you to move easier and feel better. The class combines Yoga and Pilates to emotive music strengthening your body through balance, mobility and flexibility of 10 tracks each having a popular song to motive you. LET'S MOVE!
